From a distance... or in each other's arms... we touch each other. From a long embrace to a whispering intimacy... we touch each other. In our heart to heart moments we portray the many moods and feelings of these fateful days we are living through and share what we've felt with each other along with what we've seen. This music… this four part work… is my expression of both the harshness of the times we’ve all experienced as well as the unconventional beauty we’ve all beheld with our very own eyes at fleeting moments of openness. For I firmly believe that this openness is an opportunity to find truth.... and every opening of this kind is likewise an opportunity to reach outward beyond the inner walls we surround ourselves with every day. There’s a cherished belief held by many I recall here and that is this... that every future borrows from it’s past... and therefore beauty forgotten… will someday become beauty revealed once more. From a distance, or in each other's arms, we each have the means to share all the beautiful things we've seen and felt... and in turn... create an ever opening world... and an ever opening heart... to give to one another. To that openness... this work is dedicated.
